Mesh tape yarn is a flat-belt novelty yarn. It features hollow mesh structure with reinforcing core threads on both edges and fine fuzzy pile on surface. The yarn is lightweight and semi-sheer with unique openwork texture. Knitted fabrics are breathable and delicate, widely used for fashion knitwear and decorative trims.

**Composition**
Standard: **100% Polyester**
Custom blend: Polyester+Nylon for higher tensile strength and less stretching; Acrylic blend for extra surface fuzz.

**Suitable Machines**

- Computer flat knitting machine: Recommended 5G /7G /9G medium gauge. 3G extra coarse or ≥12G fine gauge not recommended, which causes tape twisting and fabric streaks.
- Single jersey circular knitting machine: Use ceramic yarn guides specially for flat tape, maintain stable and even tension to avoid curling and twisting.
- Hand knitting & crochet; lace & weaving machine for garment decorative trims.

**Care Instruction**
Gentle cold water wash, wash inside out. Do not pull or wring hard. Flat dry only. Avoid high-temperature tumble drying, heat will shrink and harden the mesh tape.
